Experience

Experience, it seems is the sole governor of the success of a venture. If you have experience you are BOUND to step in the proper direction, with fine tuned balance, delved networks & the right amount of energy thus creating a natural harmony in the process & making a sure that all the tangible ingredients for success are present.

VENTURE = f(People, Resources, Situations, Synergy, Experience)

The success of VENTURE depends upon Experience, because all the other factors are uni directionally affected by exp.But then how does this experience gets cultivated. Unless you fail you don't get it & if you do not have it you don't succeed either.

Is it necessary to fail first then? (...what the hell..)

Even in today's world where knowledge & education is treated as more important than raw experience of an uneducated person, experience is the crux that remains wandering even throughout the process of its own achievement.

It seems there are 2 channels to gain it: Personal & Learned. So is it necessary to be experienced & uneducated or solely to be educated. I guess, the answer depends upon the era one lives in.Experience not only does help in identifying situations but also people. In this world the moment we are born, one thing that we do incessantly is to have social transactions - engross with people. Experience with type & sorts tells us to build up fortitude & deviations or aberrations & attitudes. Thus to me at least it seems that experience is the epitome of life. If you have experienced something you have known it else you are "Myth-ed" (education might also give you that myth). To Live......is to have experienced...

Though experience is extremely imp, i strictly believe its not the sole governor of a venture. You dont wait just to have experience. At each stage of venture and even life, you will find yourself short of experience...so, i believe in going ahead with things and let the experience come :)

I wont say more, otherwise u will say, "Bahut bolta hai"..LOL! So, finally u r in blogging...welcome to the club man! And from now onwards, dont say that blogging is a waste of time :P
